These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 9ppp platform. By registering an account or using any service on 9ppp.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active 9ppp account. Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using details of another person, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update that information whenever it changes. 9ppp may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment methods. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the period requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9ppp login credentials, including your password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. 9ppp will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify 9ppp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. 9ppp reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation in such circumstances.
3.3 Account Currency. Your 9ppp account balance is held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or its USDT equivalent as applicable. You acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations may affect the PKR value of USDT balances.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 9ppp reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after prior notice, subject to applicable law. The account holder retains the right to withdraw the remaining balance at any time.
4.1 Deposit Methods. 9ppp accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the 9ppp cashier prior to transaction confirmation.
4.2 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within 60 seconds. USDT TRC20 deposits credit upon on-chain confirmation, typically within 2–5 minutes. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on the institution involved. 9ppp is not liable for processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to fully verified 9ppp accounts. You must complete the identity verification process (KYC) before your first withdrawal request is processed. Verification documents may include a CNIC/NICOP, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 1–24 hours. 9ppp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 9ppp is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions are subject to monitoring. 9ppp reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
4.6 Currency of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to 9ppp are your own personal funds, are not proceeds of crime, and are not connected to any third party. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 9ppp are subject to specific terms and conditions set out on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated on each promotion page. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 9ppp reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where it suspects or determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus, structured betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or placing opposing bets to guarantee completion of wagering with minimal risk.
5.4 One Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available once per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses will be closed and balances forfeited.
6.1 Game Availability. 9ppp reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game title or betting market from the platform at any time and without prior notice. Game availability may vary depending on your location and account status.
6.2 RNG Certification. All slot and table games hosted on 9ppp use Random Number Generator software that has been independently certified by recognised testing laboratories. 9ppp cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Pakistan and internationally where required by applicable legal process. Fraudulent activity may be reported to relevant authorities.
All content on 9ppp.org, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements, is the property of 9ppp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 9ppp.org solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from 9ppp.org without the prior written consent of 9ppp. Any unauthorised use of 9ppp's intellectual property may result in legal action.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9ppp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and technology suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the 9ppp platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or gaming losses.
9.2 9ppp's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 9ppp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 9ppp's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9.4 You acknowledge and accept that all gaming activities at 9ppp carry inherent financial risk. 9ppp does not guarantee any return on funds wagered, and gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain. You accept full responsibility for all gaming decisions made using your account.

11.1 Termination by 9ppp. 9ppp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 9ppp is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) 9ppp reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) 9ppp ceases to offer its services in your jurisdiction.
11.2 Termination by You. You may close your 9ppp account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Any active bonuses and their associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for breach, 9ppp may retain any funds held in your account as partial compensation for administrative costs and damages, subject to applicable law. If termination is not due to breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via a payment method used to deposit.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 9ppp is licensed and incorporated. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that the application of local Pakistani civil or commercial law to these Terms is limited by the terms of 9ppp's applicable operating jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute with 9ppp that cannot be resolved through the support channels described in these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies of 9ppp's operating jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking relief through applicable consumer protection mechanisms in your jurisdiction.
9ppp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 9ppp will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on 9ppp.org and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required, 9ppp may also notify players by email.
Your continued use of 9ppp following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and close your account. 9ppp encourages you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
